Yes. The Primer ERP application completely eliminates the need for a cash register. You can issue retail receipts directly from your computer, smartphone, or tablet without requiring any additional software or hardware.

Under current legislation, businesses are exempt from using a cash register when they transmit data to MyDATA through a certified provider. Primer Software is a licensed MyDATA provider, as listed by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) at the following link:

Yes. The ERP integrates with POS terminals through the eCash Register (eΤαμειακή) application.

With the eCash Register application, you simply issue the receipt or invoice and select “Card” as the payment method. Your POS terminal is then automatically activated, allowing the customer to complete the card payment.

Primer ERP supports all document types available through the MyDATA platform. In addition, it supports:

MyDATA is the minimum compliance requirement for all Greek businesses since January 1, 2021. It involves the asynchronous submission of all tax documents to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE). However, it does not replace a fiscal device or cash register.

MyDATA through a certified provider enables the real-time (online) transmission of sales documents to AADE. Using a certified provider eliminates the need for a fiscal device or cash register, allowing businesses to issue compliant tax documents using only a computer or smartphone.

It also offers the following tax benefits:

  • A 3-year statute of limitations for tax audits.
  • 200% super-deduction of eligible expenses related to MyDATA implementation, including provider services, software, and technical equipment.

Primer MyDATA is Primer Software’s integration platform that connects ERP and CRM systems with the Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) for compliant electronic invoicing and MyDATA reporting.
